Best of all, we will personally make sure your stay is fun, private, and relaxing. We'll meet you at your rental the day after you arrive and we'll be available throughout your stay to assist you. Do you need a car rental, a recommendation for a local dive master, a chef for that dinner party you're hosting, or an in‑house massage? We'll arrange it for you using only our hand-picked partners, partners that we also personally use and enjoy. In the end, you will leave the island not only having stayed in a great vacation rental, but also having experienced the most local, off the beaten path activities on the island. And if you want to be on the beaten path, that's ok too. We have you covered. | Spearfishing  If you love water and diving, and you're a semi-decent swimmer, you'll love spearfishing. On the island, there's no better person to go spearing with than Leo. He's a good friend, a patient teacher, and an ever better person. Even if you don't catch anything, you'll still have a blast. Diving/Snorkeling  The diving in Cozumel is fantastic, and suitable to any level of certification. There are shallow dives, deep dives, drift dives, wreck dives, and everything in between. We work with two local dive shops on the island that we love. Both are small outfits. You'll be diving with a maximum of 6 divers per boat, and usually only 4. Festivities/Celebrations  Mexican culture is well known for it's vibrant religious and national celebration. Cozumel is the place to visit when such festivities occur. If you can, book your trip to coincide with one of the big celebrations of the year. Our favorite two are Carnaval in February and El Cedral in late April / early May. 2010 Ironman Triathlon  The November Ironman is a new event for Cozumel; it only started in 2009. If you're participating in the 2010 Ironman, we'll be happy to help you find a place to stay, close to Chankanaab, or elsewhere on the island. If you happen to be on the island and just want to cheer on the athletes, let us know and we'll share our favorite spots to view the swimming, cycling, and marathon portions of the race. |
