    Simply Fantastic. The view is breathtaking,the amenities are wonderful. I brought my 7 and 8 year old little girls to Cozumel for the first time in there young lives and it could not have been any more perfect! The beach is great for little ones as is the pool! We needed some propane for the grill, made a call and with in 1 hour, We had propane for the grill that afternoon. That is the best service that any one can ask for!! We will definitely return and tell all of our friends!! Thank you so very much for allowing my family to have a wonderful time together in this beautiful setting and condo!

    Spoil yourself with the luxury!!! Best Condo in Cozumel!!! (Donna L.)
    My husband and I took our family, 2 daughters, 30 and 27 and our 3 year old granddaughter here for a week in Mid-October 2013. It was by far the best spot and vacation since travelling to Cozumel for 7+ years! Our family, except our granddaughter, are all divers; Cozumel is a "go-to" dive destination for us. The pier is just a short walk away from the condo! BONUS! This condo is paradise! The views are exceptional, just steps away from the beach. We used to do the "all-inclusive" thing but after staying here a week, we are jaded and will NEVER go back to the all-inclusives. The condo has everything you need plus more! It is gorgeous and open, roomy and 5 star all wrapped up into one! The inside is stunning and the outside, simply perfect! The wrap around porch is exquisite with a constant and gentle cool breeze... great for simply relaxing or entertaining. As a bonus, you can hire Ellen's help to cook authentic Mexican/Myan food for you. Oh my gosh, she and her staff are also amazing. The home-made wood-fired tamales were the best! I can't say enough good things about this property and Ellen, the property owner. If this one is too big for you, she also has a 1 room condo just a few steps away!     Best place to stay in Cozumel! (Heather W.)
    6 friends and I stayed at this condo in early May and we were blown away. The condo is beautiful and sits on a corner right on the beach. The breeze blows across the wrap around porch which is furnished with a complete sofa set as well as an outdoor dining room table. The place is fully stocked and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach towels are large and heavy. Our 3rd time to Cozumel as a group - this is, by far, our favorite place to stay and will not hesitate to book it again.

    Like staying on your own private beach! (hwood2015)
    6 friends and I stayed at this condo for a week in early May. We all loved this place. It is literally steps to the beach. There is a huge, breezy wrap around porch with comfortable furnitture for lounging and eating. The interior is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed for cooking (we're talking shish kebab skewers and good knives). The beach towels are soft and thick. It exceeded our expectations and we will not hestitate to book it the next time we visit Cozumel

    We've been in this condo for 10+ years. It is the most beautiful in the complex. It's a corner unit and close access to the pool and the beach is immediately out the sliding glass door. Veronica is an excellent cook and house keeper. She is able to speak English which is a plus.

    Amazing get-away! (Julie B.)
    This was our second year in a row staying at this same location in beautiful Cozumel. We travel with another family and by renting the adjacent studio, 5110, all the guests were perfectly accommodated. The unit is beautiful, mere steps from the beach. And there is absolutely nothing more relaxing than sitting on the porch, cozy on one of the many couches, listening to the water and reading a book while sipping a margarita! Veronica, who cleans the unit everyday but Sunday, is friendly and a joy. Hire her to cook one night-the food is better than any restaurant! We do recommend renting a car if you enjoy going into town to go out to eat or do excursions. We've looked around the island our last two trips and really cannot find another location that we'd rather stay. We would highly recommend this slice of paradise for your next vacation!!

    The huge verandas wrapped around the big back king bedroom to the kitchen to the dining room across the entire den AND the private master in the front are amazing. Of course they all face the ocean. Crystal clear ocean. These pictures do not do justice to the real thing! We loved the gourmet kitchen too. Veronicahousekeeper gave us a list of her favorite Mayan dishes she prepares for guests & she shopped & cooked a meal or two for us. Awesome. Steps from the ocean alright! Our Scubatony dive boat picked us up from the pier next door they were amazing too, great diving team. Villa Vista del Mar was a dream come true for us. Every detail made us feel special. Thanks a million to Ellen & Steve for letting us stay in their house. Can't wait to go back!,

    “Honeymoon perfection” (Sara K)
    What a beautiful spot to enjoy the ocean, sand and Cozumel living. After a one week all-inclusive wedding, our official "honeymoon" was just how we wanted to spend it. Feeling like we were local residences of the island. I loved the decore of the villa, beach/spa ambiance. Definatley the house had all the essentials and more. Opening those huge patio doors and hearing the ocean waves crash, is pure peace. We rented a car and found the drive between the villa and town easy to navigate and quick. Going to the grocery store, cooking healthy dinners and sitting out on the veranda to eat by the ocean. We could only dream of one day owning our own piece of "paradise" like this. Thanks for making our honeymoon, PERFECT!

    This condo is absolutely superb. It is as advertised. Right on the beach, fantastic views from every window, quiet, beautifully furnished and kept, fully stocked with everything you need and Veronica keeps it immaculate. We spent one week with family and loved every minute of it. SItting on the veranda watching all the dive and tour boats going by, seeing all the cruise ships slip in and out and the fantastic sunsets made this a trip from paradise. We had a beautiful 5 star dinner at the Ocean Beach Club which is a 2 minute walk from the condo. The dive boat picked us up right at the pier. Bring your water shoes and get ready to have an absolutely fantastic time. Would highly recommend this rental. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise Ellen and Steve.

    We spent a week here and it was a wonderful time that went to quickly. The condo was exactly as described and could not have been in better proximity to the beach in all of Cozumel. A little far from town though and you will definately need a rental car (Isis was great) but with Veronica doing the maid service and Reina cooking that was no problem. All in all, a lovely place surounded by lovely people, I cannot recommend a trip to Cozumel and a stay at Vista Del Mar enough.

    “Great Location for a Wedding” (The Millers)
    We rented condos 5100 & 5110 while in Cozumel for our son's wedding, which took place on the beach in front of the condos. Condo 5100 is on the ground floor, where you can walk out onto the beach and to the pools. It is spacious and well equipped with wrap around views of the ocean. Both condos were everything we needed for ourselves, our 2 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren.

    Not knowing how internet based rentals are going to turn out, we were all thrilled to walk into the condo. Wow was the word. One night the housekeepers cooked for us and it was both relaxing and delicious. Although away from town, still close to walk to bars/restaurants on the beach. And all the water sports were really close. The best part were the views and the big wrap around porch with comfy seating. You are lucky if you get to stay in this spot.

    We had a wonderful week long stay in Cozumel at Villa Vista Del Mar. From when we first entered the condo was better than expected. Our every need was taken care of. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures. All the rooms were beautiful & thoughfully included all our needs. Veronica was a wonderful housekeeper & worked to take care of the condo & our needs. We enjoyed the notebook of places to eat & activities in the area, this was a toughtful & invaluable source. The access to the beach was unbelievable. We loved sitting on the veranda outside for relaxation, dinners & even games at night. Thanks for the wonderful vacation home.

    What a jewel we found in Cozumel! The condo is immaculate, and tastefully decorated and located right on the beachfront. The views of the beach are stunning with plenty of room to sit on the wrap around porch and enjoy the sunrise or sunset! The scuba and fishing boats can pick you up at a pierjust a short walk down the beach from the condo. The owner, Ellen is a joy to work with and very helpful in securing our reservations and ensuring everything was in order. Undoubtedly we will be back some day hopefully sooner than later!!
