Everything was wonderful here. We arrived late due to our flight, but Martin was right at the gate to greet us! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 9 people. The pool was perfect, and Martin and Mercedes cleaned every day.(except their day off) They were so wonderful!!!! I looked forward to seeing them everyday just to say hello. Martin was so great when I told him I was learning Spanish. He gave me new words and phrases each day. The house is just like pictured. Well stocked kitchen including a great blender to make smoothies or Pina coladas. The kids (ages15-24) enjoyed watching Netflix in the family room in the evenings, and we enjoyed the quiet in our rooms. There is also a great grassy spot that we did yoga in the mornings. The location of the house is perfect! You can walk to the Money Bar in 15 minutes one way, and Chankanaab Park is less than that the other way. Tortugas is right next door and we started a tab with Beto. He would stop by on a regular basis to see if we needed anything. The prices there are not cheap, but worth it when the kids wanted a snack. We also hired Sandra's Kitchen for three days, along with stocking the house before our arrival. I do recommend that. They were wonderful, and there was way more food than we could eat. I honestly don't want to stay anywhere else when I come back. Everyone was so wonderful. Ariel, who is the manager came by to great us, but only my mother and father were there. He emailed me to follow up. Everyone is very quick to respond to anything you need here. And I can't say enough about how wonderful Martin and Mercedes are. Again, you will LOVE it here!

What a great experience. We had a party of 9 adults (family) and loved it. We all had separate bedrooms and bathrooms which was awesome! The unit being located right next to Las Tortugas Beach Club was fantastic. The waiters come over several times a day to see what you need and they serve you at your own pool! Yes there is some music from the club during the day but it’s not overly loud and shuts down at 5pm. The access to snorkeling was fantastic. We entered the water right in front of the unit, and took a snorkel tour from Las Tortugas. We used Sandra’s Kitchen and it was AMAZING. The service was top notch and the chefs were so friendly! We had breakfast and dinner all 5 days we were there. It was perfect. The host and caretakers were responsive and even arranged a shopper to drop off alcohol and snacks 2 hours after we ordered. Not even kidding!

We loved this place! We brought our grown kids and their families. The house is well set up for multiple families. The house was clean and well furnished. We used all the bedrooms, so a king sized bed in the ground floor bedroom would have been nice, but the queen was sufficient. The location is excellent and as other reviewers noted, having Tortugas next door with a very attentive staff was awesome! We are scuba divers, and because we were patrons of Tortugas they let us use their dock to catch the dive boat. So easy! We loved having the pool, some grass, and the beach. The patio around the pool is large so there was plenty of room for the little kids to play. Martin and Mercedes, the caretakers, are so sweet and helpful and came in everyday to clean. Fulvio, the property manager, was tremendously helpful and very quick to respond with answers and solutions to all my questions. We hired Sandra’s Kitchen to cook for the week and all I can say is WOW! Everything Miguel cooked was from scratch and just outstanding. He and his assistant completely spoiled us and left the kitchen spotless when they left. Plus he was so great with the little kids, making sure there was always something they could eat. It really made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable not having to venture out with everyone to find restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Sol Haa. We would definitely go back!

We had a small family reunion here last month and the place was great- each room having its own bathroom was huge (13 of us) the housekeepers did a good job of daily cleaning inside and outside-the proximity to the bar tortugas next door was a super bonus (they close at 5 so nice and quiet at night) plus the ease of access to the beach and snorkeling. Sunsets were amazing you couldn’t ask for better in Cozumel- what a great place

Villa Sol Haa is the perfect get away destination, especially during these trying times. Our flight was canceled on the way down so we were delayed a day, but Nicholas, Fulvivo and Martin were in constant communication with us and helped us to reschedule a lot of planned reservations and activities. Then our flight was canceled by a day for our return trip home. Once again, Nicolas was great and accommodating to helping us. Life saver! Location - we specifically picked Villa Sol Haa because it is on the leeward side of the island and therefore the ocean would be more calm and better suited for water activities. No sea-weed issues. Little did we know that we were right in the middle of some of the best snorkeling and diving Mexico has to offer. It is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport, with two large supermarkets on the way. All of our activities, restaurants, shopping were within walking distance or a short drive. I cannot emphasize how great the location is to all that Cozumel has to offer. Because it is on a one way beach road, one lane of traffic is for pedestrians and cyclists. Really great to be able to safely walk to the other resorts, bars and beaches. You do have to be careful though, as it is not well marked and sometimes tourists will be driving on the bike lane. The house is adjacent to Tortugas. This is a really fun beach restaurant / bar with all the water activities. Water obstacle blow ups, jet skis, paddle bikes, etc. When we walked in, Monkey the waiter, introduced himself immediately and we were treated like VIPs for the whole week. We would pop over for a cocktail or some of the authentic Mexican fare while listening to the lively music. They would even bring drinks over to the house while we were lounging by the pool. They have on-site massages and ATM that has US dollars. They was always people, but never crowded and they wound down by 6pm or so. So it wasn't an issue of having a loud bar next door in the evening or nighttime. House - The pictures are accurate and the house feels like a home. Very clean and comfortable. Martin and Mercedes and their two tiny dogs are amazing. They are so welcoming and want to really ensure that you have an excellent stay. The layout of the house is great. We had 8 adults in our party and everyone had their rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread and hang out in the living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Hammocks were always in use and the chaise loungers were a popular spot to hang by the pool and read and relax. The beach is literally steps away and it's nice to have a little grassy area to layout if you don't want to be in the sand. The crystal clear ocean is amazing, but bring some water shoes as getting into the water is a little rocky at first then soft sand afterward. Activities / Chef - Fulvio helped us coordinate a chef to cook several delicious meals. It was great arriving on the first day after a long day of travel and having a hot meal ready. During the week, we did an off road jeep excursion to a cenote and cave. There's a fun 20 foot jump off a cliff into the cenote but the Cenotes in Tulum are nicer. Horse back riding on the beach, swimming with the dolphins, massages, shopping, lunch at Margaritaville, private boat ride with incredible snorkeling and beach excursion with cocktails and snacks. Jet skis at Tortugas and playing on their water toys. We walked over to Money Bar and half of us loved the food and the other half didn't care for it. Your mileage may vary, but they had a great band that played a huge variety of songs with a lot of dancing. We rented a car from Hertz and it was quite literally the easiest car rental I've ever done. Ever. It was nice to have a little car to pop over to the grocery store, go shopping etc. The Cozumel airport is easy and efficient. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation and would highly recommend. Nicholas' place is great and there is plenty to do for a wide range of ages. Life is short so go ahead and treat yourself.

Great house on the beach about 4 miles south of downtown. The beach club next door had great drinks/food and plenty of excursion options. Best part was that a waiter would stop by frequently to take orders and deliver to the house. The property and house manager were really helpful and very responsive.

The best thing about this house other than the beach, pool, and amazing restaurant right next door is the fact that it has a full bath for every bedroom! The house was very comfortable, and the house caretakers were amazing and helped promptly when we had an issue with the safe not working. The house was well equipped in the kitchen too. The restaurant next door has amazing food, terrific drinks, great service and they will come serve you at the house. You can even get a massage at the house! If you have a dive excursion or shore excursion the boat can pick you up at the restaurant’s dock next door. They even let our kids use their floating toys! We had an alarm on the drinking water system (the filter needed replaced) and Martin brought over a jug and dispenser right away. We would definitely stay here again. For those wanting to snorkel there is a pretty strong current in front of the house and a lot of boat traffic during the day but it didn’t stop us. It was just difficult for the older folks in our group. Also for the sun lovers out there, there is full sun on the beach and front yard, but it was mostly shaded around the pool. Something that some in our group loved and some disliked.

We just returned from here this place snd it was incredible. House was amazing and we loved being near the restaurant close by. The chef option does a few days was perfect for us and we never wanted to leave the compound. We only left one time for a few hours and couldn’t wait to return. His whole staff and everyone was so accommodating and responded so quickly to any questions. Snorkeling was fun right in front of the house and we loved being able to get a boat next door also.

. The house is so lovely, the on site staff was amazing, helpful, cheerful, friendly and professional. The location couldn't have been more perfect with the sea just steps away with lovely warm water that provided wonderful swimming and fish filled snorkeling action. The on site pool is well designed and encourages you to jump in. Ample safe drinking water was provided, making us feel safe. Kitchen is well stocked. The Tortugus Beach Club is just next door and will bring food and beverage right to you - workers were friendly, attentive and quick to deliver. Villa sol Haa becomes your own private home away from home. We absolutely recommend Villa sol Haa

Our multigenerational family had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. Very clean, perfectly located. Steps to the beach where the snorkeling is amazing; many types of fish to be seen. Right next to Tortugas restaurant; Vicky would check with us every day regarding beverage or food requests. Special thanks to caretakers Martin and Mercedes who kept the house and grounds clean and beautiful, and also were helpful in answering our questions. The pictures do not do it justice. We’ve already recommended the property to extended family and friends!

One of the nicest homes we've stayed in. Great for a large group. Great location with the Tortugas bar next door (they even bring your food & drinks to the house). A great seating area outside. Nicholas was quick to respond to all of my questions, and his staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!

The house and location was perfect for our family of 9 ranging in age 6 to 77. Snorkeling out front, beautiful pool and restaurant /bar next door. Got our drinks and snacks served poolside by the restaurant staff. Caretakers Martin and Mercedes were kind and attentive keeping the house, grounds and pool clean. Had Sandra’s catering do meals three days which was a real treat. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful with shopping, excursion ideas and arranging for our COVID testing right in our condo prior to departure. Thanks to all for making our vacation one of the best.

We have stayed at many villas in Cozumel and this is one of our favorite locations. We spent almost all of our time outside so I won't comment on the interior of the villa in fear that it won't be accurate - but I will say that the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had what we needed - although we go out for dinner every day so we were not making large meals. The reason we loved the location was that it is on a great section of the water! You can easily enter the water without water shoes right outside the villa and there are great waterfront views from the patio. If you like to snorkel, there are a ton of fish to see right outside the villa and if you are in for a little bit of a longer snorkel, you can swim down the shoreline and see the dolphins at Chankanaab. The villa is right next door to two beach clubs where you can have lunch and drinks and less than a mile from Money Bar where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, live entertainment and snorkeling. The nice thing about this is that you do not need to drive into town every day for meals if you don't want to. However, the drive into town is not bad at all! We have stayed at other villas that are a little further south and this one being a little closer made it a bit more convenient to get to restaurants and grocery stores! The Tortugas beach club is literally right next to the villa's property and as others have said, the waiters there will be happy to serve you food and drinks on the patio. We loved this because we had the privacy of our own villa but the luxury of having someone bring us drinks if we wanted rather than making our own! The pool is a decent size and although we didn't have young children with us, it would be a great pool for little kids because there is small shallow/zero depth area and some stairs that small children could play on and easily stand. Finally, I will mention that the caretakers and property manager for this property are all very responsive and willing to help with anything you need! We had a great week!

Overall very nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Great A/C. . ONLY minus was beach club next door. Small hum of music heard from 9am-7pm. Tolerable but a very small consideration if have to have total beach silence. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Starting off we had great communication with the host. He was very helpful answering questions and putting me in touch with his local house manager Fulvio. The house had 2 pack n plays and a high chair for our use. Very spacious house with plenty of room for our two families. Fulvio also helped us arrange a private chef to grocery shop for us and come to the house three days for breakfast and dinner. Sandra’s kitchen served us and our kids like we were at a 5 star restaurant. It was great to swim all day and not worry about making food or cleaning up. Martin is the on site caretaker. He and his wife Mercedes were so kind and sweet and helpful. They cleaned the pool every morning and once we were all outside enjoying the pool and beach they’d clean up the inside. They did a great job. I trusted them whole heartedly and we felt very safe. In addition to this amazing house the location is perfect! Right next to the house is a beach bar and grill Tortugas that served us like we were at a resort. They had very very good drinks and food. They also offer all kinds of excursions if you are interested. And next to Tortugas is Chankanaab Park. We walked over there for a few hours one day to swim with dolphins and they have tons of fun stuff for the family including a sea lion show that was our kids favorite part of the trip. At the house, the beach is a little rocky to enter but once in, it’s a great place to snorkel and the water was really calm for the kids to swim. Just pack some aqua socks or water shoes. Overall we had a really really great trip and we hope to go again next year!! I can’t recommend this house enough!!

Great house for a large family! The layout was perfect and each room has its own bathroom. Very convenient location close to Money Bar and Tortugas. We could go out to eat or the kitchen had everything to cook a large meal if we wanted an evening in. Plenty for the kids to do next door at Tortugas (kayak, jet ski, water trampoline and obstacle course) and the private swimming pool was great! Would definitely stay here again! Martine, the home caretaker, was super helpful and so nice! Anything we needed, he was right there to help!

From the perfect setting right on the beach, to the wonderful on site caretakers, to the beach club offering yummy blended drinks just steps away it was an amazing vacation. We love to dive in Cozumel, but I went snorkeling just off the beach out front and saw a beautiful eagle ray two days in a row! ? We chose to do the private chef offered with the stay and it was great! The caretakers on the property truly made the Villa feel like home away from home- they were available any time you needed them and were the kindest of people ❣️ We cannot wait to stay again! Where do I begin? Like the rest of the world, we've been turned upside down with CoVid entering our lives and have done nothing this past year except navigate our isolation, try to support our children distance learning, and work the front lines (3 of our group work in Emergency Rooms). Fast forward to our trip to Cozumel. We decided to stay at this lovely home to decrease our chances of spreading or getting CoVid (vs. a resort with all inclusive dining, larger numbers of people, etc.) and what a great idea this was. Our exhausted overworked bodies arrived in Cozumel. We had a non stop flight. Airport was clean, CoVid observance was stellar. We arrived to the house feeling safe, the house was spotless. We hired a chef for the first day of arrival and came into a house already smelling of delicious food!! Fresh guacamole, salsa and chips were ready for us as well as freshly made drink - all fantastic! Dinner was amazing and the staff that was preparing our food were constantly washing their hands, using paper towels to wipe hands, never taking their masks down below their noses, not even once. Friendly and full of joy. We were also met by the lovely caretakers and the property manager shortly thereafter, all just wonderful and engaging and extremely helpful with all questions our large group of 9 had. The house is in the best area - you basically are part of the Tortugas Bar and Snorkel Center and their staff wait on you night and day, again - wonderful people, engaging, everyone respectful of CoVid and never removed their masks even with warm temps and outdoors. (When getting to the house, just ask a taxi to take you to the Tortugas snorkel center and bar, the house is the gate right next to parking lot for Tortugas bar, with a teeny tiny sign on it identifying the house) The house is huge and like advertised, every single room has an en suite bathroom. All rooms were clean, private, we always had hot water (not warm, HOT), 3 of the rooms have ocean views, everyone in our group loved their beds and slept the best we have slept since this pandemic began. We all came here exhausted. Every room has their own A/C so people could adjust to their liking, which everyone appreciated. The common areas were large, clean and worked well for a big group. Martin and Mercedes, the onsite caretakers worked each day to clean the house and property, and did a great job. They have a little dog, Cheeky, that was maybe the cutest dog I've ever seen. Someone wonderful ordered up the best weather possible for our stay as well. Hanging out at the pool and snorkeling right outside the door were also wonderful and I could appreciate that the cruise ships aren't sailing because the water is (more) crystal clear and the abundance of fish is greater than i've ever seen in Cozumel. I cannot say enough about how badly this trip was needed by this group, and we all returned to the US ready to work again. As a side note, this info may not be timeless, but we were mandated to have negative CoVid tests to board our flight back to the US. We found our experience extremely easy, cost effective, and efficient. I would also like to make the political statement that if Mexico is spreading CoVid (which I know all countries are), I personally saw ZERO evidence of mismanagement of prevention. In my opinion, Mexico was demonstrating 10x's more safety and compliance than I have ever seen in the US. Everyone wore masks in public, on scooters, in the town center. Happily. Joyfully. If only the US would follow the examples we saw on Cozumel, and our whole group agreed. 10/10 trip and thank you from the front line workers that rested and rejuvenated at your lovely home. Thank you.

This was my 4th trip to Cozumel in the past 8 months! This home was the BEST! First of all I have to brag on the property/house keepers! Martin and Mercedes are very welcoming and polite. They will bless you so much! I wish I could bring them home . The home is located in a very nice area and it's very quiet. It's located directly on the beach, and you have the private pool to enjoy as well. The views are outstanding! The home is extremely nice and very comfortable. We used Sandra's Kitchen to come in and cook all our meals and I have to say that's a huge plus! They do all the cooking and clean up. You just relax in the ocean, snorkeling or walking on the beach and they will come in and do all the cooking. The kitchen has all the gadgets you could possibly need and a cold, cold fridge to store all your beverages. Martin and Mercedes work hard keeping the grounds up, pool clean and home maintained. It's like a 5 star home all for your own private use! Oh, there is a small restaurant located directly next door and they will even check on you throughout your time outdoors to see if you need any food or beverages. They delivered to our pool every day! Great vacation home to enjoy!!! We'll be back!
