Casa Gordon is your dreamed vacation villa, ideal for your family gathering, a diving trip with your friend, your private wedding, or your company retreat. Located on 15 acres of secluded and private coastal rainforest, this two-story, 18,000 square foot villa that can host comfortably fourteen adults and up to twenty guests, making it one of the largest vacation villa offered on the island.

Only twelve miles from town, the luxurious Casa Gordon is located on one the most beautiful beach of Cozumel, just in front of Palancar reef. Divers and snorkelers will appreciate being at very short boat-ride from their favorite and internationally renowned dive sites.

The seven-bedroom villa is fully staffed with a full-time chef, housekeepers, and a wait-staff to pamper you. The onsite concierge can arrange snorkel excursion, diving trips, parasailing, private transport to town and the airport, as well as any excursion you want.

Enjoy your breakfast and lunches served on the veranda or by the pool and dine in the formal dining room. All your meals are catered to you. The kitchen is open to you only to fix your snacks and drinks. Let the chef take care of the rest.

You will love lounging by the infinity pool surrounded by comfortable chairs and umbrellas or gently swing in your hammock under the thatched roof palapa. Take a long walk on the beach or go kayaking and paddleboarding. Volleyball set up on the beach, ping pong table will keep everyone entertained. Outdoor shower, dive storage, and equipment rinse thank are available for your convenience.

The living room and the dining room downstairs opens to the wraparound veranda with a spectacular ocean view, the pool and luscious tropical gardens. All living areas are air-conditioned for your comfort. Wi-Fi internet blankets the commons area of the house. Local and long-distance phone calls are included with your rental.

All seven bedrooms with ensuite baths have a king size bed, some of which can be converted into twin beds. Decorated and furnished in different themes, they all are air-conditioned and equipped with a television and blue-ray DVD players. Every bedroom has a porch or opens to a terrace. Three additional double size futons can accommodate additional guests in the game room. Small cots and cribs are available for babies or toddlers sleeping in their parents’ room.

Casa Gordon is perfect for 14 people or up to 20 people.

It's possible to sleep up to 20 guests if kids stay in the game room. Or if a child sleeps in their parent's room on a twin blow up mattress or in a crib.

The limit of children occupying the game room depends on their sizes, ages and/or genders. There are three double futons available in the game room. If the taller kids stay in the game room we can set up only 2 queen size blowup mattresses (instead of the double bed futons).

The recreation room provides electronic media such as satellite television over a plasma large screen monitor, Blu-Ray DVD player, and CD player, chest table. A karaoke player with a wide variety of songs makes a fun evening for all.

The game room is sure to keep you entertained on rainy days. A pool table, Play Station 2, XBOX 360, and numerous board games will keep boredom away.

Keep up with your exercise program. The exercise room features two exercise bikes, an elliptical cross trainer, a universal weight station, and Pilate balls.

Experience and savor Mexican cuisine. Our 7-day food package includes 6 days of grill breakfast and Sunday brunch, 4 lunches and Gringo poolside party, 5 dinners including poolside fajita buffet, Seafood Fiesta or Island BBQ. Three of the dinners will be served in the formal dining room. If you are staying less than a week, we can design a menu for you and your guest from our chef’s extended menu offerings. NOTE: the food packge is required; no stove-top cooking is allowed at the house by guests.

Sunday and Wednesday are the staff’s night off. You can take this opportunity for a night into town and enjoy the local culture and any of the international cuisines Cozumel has to offer.
