When you’re up for a night out, head to downtown Cozumel, an easy ten- to 15-minute drive away is downtown Cozumel. Stroll along the oceanfront promenade for a bit of shopping or sightseeing. Restaurants, bars, and vendors selling everything from homemade tacos to hand-crafted fabrics line the promenade, as well as duty-free stores and nice boutiques. You can watch the cruise ships dock or the ferry boats come in on the promenade—and if you want to reserve a SCUBA or glass-bottom boat snorkeling tour, you’ll find a provider on virtually every street.

Great Dive trip (Ray B)
Great property. Fresh and virtually new. Everything you need is here. Fulvio is great and responsive. Minor nits - paddle board not available with this unit and use of the dock is not free unless diving with certain dive shops. Otherwise there is a $5 per person per day fee. However, no one ever checked to see if we had purchased a wristband. Form what we heard they rarely do. All things considered we loved the property and amenities and would stay again.
