Cozumel

Enjoy Cozumel is our third property management company for our property on Cozumel. Compared to the other 2 property managers, Margaret and Pawel have have made owning the property a very painless experience. In so doing they have resolved some fairly complicated issues with hardly any effort from us. With the other 2 property managers we were consistently having to send money there to make-up the difference between operating expenses and income. Our property was infrequently rented. Not long after contracting with Enjoy Cozumel, our occupancy rate jumped up, and we didn't have to send monthly checks there. In fact, we've even received a check as a result of the money that Margaret and Pawel have brought in.  We couldn't be happier with Enjoy Cozumel.

We have owned our condo on the island for 2 1/2 years and have been with Enjoy Cozumel from the beginning and have had great success. It definitely has been a perfect fit for us living such a long distance away we can rely on Margaret, Pawel and their staff to ensure our guests and property are well looked after. They are willing to go the extra mile for our guests and our vacancy rate speaks for its self, with many return guests. We always get comments from guests on how well they were treated by the staff and had trouble free holidays. Enjoy Cozumel is a well run operation and  I would not hesitate to recommend them.
